Dis-Chem Pharmacies Limited: HR Labour Relations Administrator Job description Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires an HR Labour Relations Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to administrate all HR-Labour Relations activities and/or administrative queries relating to the department according to industry and Dis-Chem standards. Competencies – Ensure that all HR/IR filing is kept up to date. – Manage and update the Labour Relations section on the intranet. – Ensure compliance through audits and check the HR processes on the Branch level quarterly basis. – Keep up to date with current and new Labour Legislations developments. – Compile statistics on union members for group HR Manager & regional Managers on a monthly basis Minimum Requirements – Grade 12 / Matric – Minimum of 2 years relevant experience – Qualification in Human Resource Management – 5 Years relevant experience Competencies – English – Read, write and speak well. To effectively communicate with all HR Stakeholders, Management and its employees – Basic Financial skills – Ability to cooperate works well, and get along with supervisors, co-workers, management, the community, relevant agencies and the public. Work with or supervise people having various cultural backgrounds, levels of education and experience Be able to understand, interpret and develop advanced Labour reports and statisticsPay attention to detail and be deadline-drivenAdvanced Microsoft Office, Understanding of SAP and effective in Document Management Systems
