Recruit and Select new employees. Initiating enquiries (discipline, performance and competence related) Issuing instructions and warnings, Assessing individual competence, Direct all Operational aspects including Distribution Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, administration, and sales. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Develop Forecast and financial objectives. Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Address Customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. Managing the performance of each employee. Sustaining current market position and growing market share. Creating business plans to support the company’s financial objectives. Supporting sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients. Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them. Improving processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit. Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Production planning schedules and the successful implementation thereof. Ensure efficient use of material and minimise waste. Manages Branch Finances Create and Monitor budget allocation and controls expenditure. Check cash floats and petty cash. Sells Products/Services and Sales Opportunities Identify new, further sales and sales opportunities. Build Customer Relations Visit companies i.e., new customers to follow up on service and resolve complaints. Identify, interpret and resolves customer complaints and queries Follow up after Services Critical Cross Field Outcomes Interacts and works with Customers (management level), suppliers (management level),personnel, co-workers, other branches (e.g., Admin etc) Manage activities of branch personnel Fundamental Learning Language / Literacy / Communications Read, write, interpret, analyse, and explain contracts, reports, tables, diagrams, supplier documentation and text.
