Accountancy Recruit are partnering a large client in Warrington to engage a Payroll Consultant on an interim basis for 6 months, operating outside IR35. This is a project to review the end to end payroll process. The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for the following: Review the end to end payroll process. Identify and implement improvements to processes. Review system use (iTrent) and ensure the system is configured correctly and the team are making use of the functionality, identify and implement system improvements. Mentor the team and review roles and responsibilities. Ensure that the payroll function is providing an efficient and accurate service to the business. To be successful in this role, the Payroll Consultant will have the following experience: Previous experience in change management. Proven track record of reviewing processes, identifying and implementing improvements. Strong Payroll experience both managing payroll functions and change management within payroll. Excellent people skills, ability to build rapport and communicate effectively. Excellent project management skills. The rate advertised for this role is a guideline and the rate offered will be commensurate with experience.
