Zeelo is growing fast and this is an incredibly exciting time to join the business. We’ve grown 600% across the last two years and count household names like Ina Paarman, Amazon, Lactalis Parmalat and McLaren amongst our clients. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, analytical in approach and excel at building relationships with key stakeholders at some of SA’s largest businesses. As a Key Account Manager at Zeelo you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities within a portfolio of existing accounts. You will need strong sales and account development skills and be a natural relationship builder and problem solver. Role responsibilities: Maintain and develop great relationships with a portfolio of key accounts Identify and nurture opportunities to expand the commercial activities within an account Have a complete understanding of Zeelo’s service offering and continuously find smarter solutions to meet the client needs Ensure the clients expectations are met, activities are prioritised efficiently to deliver top tier service and support Assist with the Coordination of the launch of new services, ensuring alignment between operations, product and marketing teams Own the post sale commercial relationship; relentlessly looking for new ways to deliver value to our clients, using data to make optimisations and providing world class support As the key customer contact, you’ll champion their needs with the Product team to ensure current and future client requirements are met About you: Excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships Commercially-minded, able to understand the client’s needs and be smart in how we shape and present the solution A demonstrable history of growing key accounts and building phenomenal relationships Analytical, comfortable working with data An independent and proactive self-starter; able to move fast and prioritise effectively across a variety of different tasks What you should know about Zeelo: Zeelo is a smart bus platform for organizations We’re on a mission to build the world’s leading smart mobility platform for organizations, enabling access to safe and sustainable transportation for everyday journeys We sell turnkey, managed and software solutions to employers (office-based and shift-based) and schools (private schools and universities) We have developed a best-in-class technology platform that connects organizations with riders and operator partners via a route optimization platform, mobile apps and operations management system We’re just over 4-years old, backed with over £10m of venture capital from ETF Partners, InMotion Ventures (Jaguar Land Rover) and Dynamo.VC We’re a team of 60 across 4 offices (London, Barcelona, US and Durban) and are live in 3 markets (UK, US and South Africa) We encourage a culture where people work smart, move fast, and work together; where performance is rewarded and all team members feel supported on the ride of a lifetime.
