Job Purpose To ensure effective delivery of training and onboarding activities for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to successful launch of products, campaigns and partnerships by ensuring all relevant operational readiness training related tasks are executed effectively. Key Performance Areas – Measure and report on training and onboarding effectiveness to management. – Oversee training of employees and partners – Ensure training material prepared is clear, relevant and effective – Implement cost effective and efficient training models for staff in-country – Manage and ensure the implementation of ad hoc training for new additions to products Qualifications and Experience – A Bachelor’s Degree – 5-8 years in Training and/or Business Coaching – Experience in measuring Training effectiveness – Experience in implementing e-learning strategies and tools
