Job Detail Key Outputs Planning and coordinating of repair, service and maintenance jobs for a team of service artisans to comply with Caterpillar standards and customer requirements. Planning, Prioritizing and initiation of jobs. Assist with achievement of key performance indicators (KPI’s) Ability to apply warranty policies and procedures. Resolve internal and external customer queries. Issuing of job instructions to and dispatch of artisans. Timekeeping of workforce. Managing the work in progress (WIP), work order closing and work order history. Effective self-management, Control returning of components. Prepare reports as required and attend site meetings, customer meetings and other relevant meeting when required. Manage signed fleet downtime and ensure that correct downs are recorded on AMT. Qualification, Experience and Competencies Matric, and trade certificate (Diesel or Earthmoving Mechanic) Planning and scheduling certificate an added advantage. Knowledge of safety and MHSA requirements. Must have AMT knowledge, Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge. SAP, CRM processes and SAP User knowledge an added advantage.
