Documentation completion with respect to investigation and action plan. Timely closure. To secure implementation of local legislation and P&G PHC global standards. Maintain region/country score card, lead review & quality improvement plans. report/escalate non- conformities and departures from quality agreements in a timely manner To approve & review requests for changes and provide needed inputs to GTRAQ for country specific changes. To review organization requirement with respect to resource as well assuring adequate quality training system is in place and effective for P&G Personal Health Care team in the country/region. To pro-actively cooperate with internal and external interfaces (cross-functional and cross-region) for issues that impact across regions and multi-functional discussions To assure inspection readiness of regional quality activities, and coordinate and follow-up health. authority inspections Timely Response to any BOH/FDA letter working closely with RA team (RA lead). Action plan compliance. Ensure Pharmacovigilance systems & interfaces are aligned within the country / region. Support Initiative launch in country/region – support activities which include providing inputs to initiative, technical readiness/validation /document reviews (where required), compliance. Own quality technical agreements for all registered products for domestic and export markets, as applicable Support P&G registered pharmacists and quality compliance management to ensure compliance to specific regulated products where stringent requirements are in place To provide release to product where required as per local regulations Lead customer and consumer complaints data review, investigation and action plan (as applicable). Assess temperature-controlled shipments to customers/ distributers in the country / region. Ensuring conformance to applicable GDP rules in the region (warehousing and both incoming and outgoing shipments) with customers and 3PL if applicable by working closely with P&G SMO Q.A by supporting in external and internal audit & action plans in addition to capability building & coaching when needed. Audit action plan closure for any site audits performed by corporate QA auditor or external regulators Job Qualifications. Education:. Candidate must be a holder of Bachelor degree in Pharmacy & should be registered in SAPC database. Job Experience:. 5y in a related Quality field within cGMP/cGDP regulated environment. Minimum of 5 y working experience in the pharma / Health Care. Technical skills:. Quality & ERP systems knowledge preferable e.g: SAP, Quality One, WMSetc. Adequate technical expertise in Quality Assurance field.
