Your mission: The objective from this position is acquisition and establishment of new customers by efficiently organising and performing sales activities (winning new customers, maintaining contacts) incl. visiting and/or participating in trade fairs. Representing TecAlliance at meetings with customers and individual presentations of TecAlliance solutions. Your main tasks will be: Expanding and supporting the regular customer base with regards to the entire TecAlliance solution portfolio Close cooperation with in-house and external partners and interfaces Interface to various business sectors, across all locations Independently preparing and drawing up offers, conducting contract negotiations Development of new and/or supplementary marketing concepts Collaborating in (national/international) projects in Sales Development Close cooperation and consultation with other sales staff and teams, specifically in the cross-department areas of up- or cross-selling Market observation and competitive analysis Sales management and reporting Responsibility for achieving targets and meeting current goals (e.g. turnover and results) Managing and coordinating projects in which C&I is not involved Organising and conducting user training courses Sound understanding of the sales department (sales structure, sales tools and instruments) Understanding of the automotive technology sector Experience with customer support in the after-market business sector as well as up-to-date knowledge of this market Expert knowledge of the IT details of operational and business processes in the business division Extremely proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Interest in, knowledge of and understanding of products in the IT industry Well-structured working style High degree of networking competence (knowledge of organisational structures, interfaces, etc.) High level of personal initiative and flexibility Cross-departmental thinking and extremely dedicated customer orientation High degree of performance commitment Willingness to travel Ability to work in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner Exceptionally future-oriented ability to think and act High degree of loyalty/integrity as well as ability to handle conflicts You speak fluently English and live in the Johannesburg area. For the first period we expect you to work from home but in due time we will open an office.
