We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter with advanced english We are a young company helping all types of industries to build smarter and scalable teams in LATAM You will provide full-cycle recruiting support including: recruiting and sourcing pre-screens/qualifies interviews, negotiates salaries and closes candidates Qualifications and Experience • 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. • Good written and spoken English. • Skilled with modern sourcing and techniques • Ability to source candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience • Experienced working with Argentinian & LatAm • Ability to work effectively at a fast pace in an agile environment. • Experience with Google apps (Sheets, Slides, Doc) You own your time.
